ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns for:

• Wrong size or incorrect item received

• Defective or damaged products upon arrival

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn (try-ons are fine)

• In their original packaging

• Returned within 14 days after receiving your order

Kindly note that sales items are not available for returns.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Simply email us at labeldap852@outlook.com with your order number and a brief explanation. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

REFUND PROCESS

• Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.

• Delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you need a different size, please indicate it when you contact us — we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, items that show visible wear, dirt, or damage caused after delivery cannot be returned.
